Processing Times
All items at Caseadia are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Each product requires time to be custom-printed, quality checked, and prepared for shipping.
- Production Time: 2-7 business days (varies by product)
- Shipping Time: Depends on the shipping method selected and your location
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days after production
- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days after production (when available)
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number through the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to United States only. However, some restrictions may apply based on our print provider's capabilities. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout.
Address Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or damaged during transit:
1. Check the tracking information to confirm the delivery status
2. Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date
3. Provide your order number and any relevant photos if the package is damaged
We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
