Return & Refund Policy

Overview
At Caseadia, we take pride in the quality of our custom products. Since all our items are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner Printify, we have a specific return policy.

Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns
We accept returns for the following reasons only:
- Damaged products
- Printing errors
- Wrong items shipped
- Significant quality issues

Non-Eligible Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing (please check our size charts carefully)
- Minor color variations (colors may appear slightly different on screen vs. print)
- Orders that have been worn, washed, or altered

Return Process
1. Contact our customer service at admin@caseadia.com with your order number and photos of the issue
2. If approved, we'll provide return instructions
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
4. Return the item in its original packaging to the address provided

## Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

## Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
